i just got an ipod touch tonight and i must say im really buzzing but the fact I have to register it as well as putting card to it its just so silly ! grrrrrrr why should i have to ! ok fine when i want to buy a song but i prefer other site tbh ! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Since you won it and got it free then i don't see what the big problem is anyway, iTunes is fine with your details.
