Hi,

i'm looking to buy a 27-32" monitor dedicated for gaming and movies but specially for games.
im also willing to consider smaller monitors or two separate displays if it really worth it.

IPS \ PLS with no more then 6-8ms.
1440p+
Freesync if possible

Budget - up to 450£
willing to stretch budget if it's worth it.

I know it doesn't support fresync, but all my research led me to my current
PB278QR as one of the best 1440p IPS displays for gaming.

I've been nothing but delighted with it, the only "downer" being that I had to add a second GTX 980 to ensure I could still max all games at 60FPS - but that's just me :p

Given you have an AMD card, it probably is more sensible to lean toward freesyc, but I suppose that depends on how confident you are that your next card will be from the red team.
 
If you dont mind buying b-grade from here you can get the 34 inch samsung curved ultra wide va panel for 499 last i looked. As fare as i understand it should have some of the best measured input latency for an ultra wide atm with minimal blur according to pcmonitor.info. Im personally saving up for that myself after being a bit dissappointed with the ROG SWIFT(poor thing never stood a chance considering i already had a ultra wide ips).
