IPS Vs Fast TN : Same smooth level ?

I have a question :

Comparing some IPS models like Dell U2312Hm or Asus PA238Q against a fast classic TN with 1 or 2ms to responsive time or some 3D models but in 60Hz mode, the level of smooth in game is identical in a situation with the same frame rate ? Or playing in the IPS is like to view less frames or a sort of stuttering effect or excessive tearing ?
 
Yes but have you compared some ips models against Tn ?
Do you speak for experience ?

TFTCentral is a noob review because it write the Gaming comment looking PixperAn benchmark than is totally useless and not comparable to the reality.
 
the input lag is a thing, resposnive, ghosting and overdrive trailing are other.

Using a ridicolous test like pixperan to compared responsive is useless, it use a primitive scene, whit too few colors and shades, it is not sufficient i think.
Prad.de try some games, but pcmonitors try and describes the entire game session whit battlefield and dirt.

sasahara excuse me, but comparing your Dell and P2450H, Can you notice less smootness in games whit Dell like to perceive less frame rate ?

Dell have most ghostin / trailing OK, but this artifacts compromize the smoothness or it's only a distractions ?

For Example, if you play to MW3 in P2450H and after in U2410, whit same identical frame frate and same situation, the game will be much smoother in Samsung or not ?
