IPV6

are sky now using IPV6 as i've just run ipconfig and come up with an IP address like this:
xxxx::xxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxxxx

if not then what type of IP is it as it's not one that i recognise?

will there be any changes to web activity or anything, or wil things stay the same as they are now

Has it suddenly appeared (wasn't there before)? You would have had to install the IPv6 Protocol, and i don't think you would have got it from Sky anyway unless you are direct connected (no router).

no idea, jsut done ip config as a random thing, thou i have noticed my connection speed now hitting 13mb, up from 12.5
