Hi,

i think ive just missed a call from ireland but not sure on how you work out the phone number? the number starts with +353861

is anyone able to give me a break down of what the number is? is it irish? is it a mobile number?

Well 353 is the Irish country code. So the rest will be the actual number.

try 00353 then the number

So you would be dailing 00353861......
