IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL?

aaargh, i got a BSOD, an IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL one to be precise, i've been in to check my IRQ ranges and have a few conflicts, anyone got a resolution for me?

i have dfi lanpartyut nf3250GB so i have the nvidia network manager, how can i change this so there's no conflicts or do i not need to?

but then i'd still have those conflicts as highlighted above :S like the sata and USB ones, as i use sata and USB it's not much good :S

ok, will lower my CPU speed, RAM is running fine dropped WAAAAY down to 133MHz, left memtest on for 2 days with no problems, BSOD disappears after around a second and i CBA to wait with a camera for a crash lol.
