Usually video driver related. More ominously it can also be duff ram.

There should be more to the message than that. That would help to narrow it down. I had that problem once and it was hd related, well hd/mobo related. I don't remember exactly what else it said (was long ago) but I do remember it saying something else that helped me narrow it down.

I don't know if your running Vista but here's how:

Untick the option 'Automatically restart'

I haven't used XP for a few months and I can't be sure but I think XP has similar options.
