Just had this for the second time in a couple of days. Vista blue screens with this error message and restarts.

Anyone know what this is about?
 
write down the whole error code or message


its quite often driver troubles, or hard drive corruption
 
Not as far as I know. I think it's an issue with the Catalyst Control Centre, since it only happens during games and after the restart I get something saying Catalyst has stopped working.

Right pain in the bottom. Don't know what to do about it though.
 
Yes, the 7.2 ones. Might just have to wait it out till 7.3 are released and hope it doesn't happen anymore.
 
try running a driver cleaner program and reinstalling the drivers for gfx, motherboard and sound

Agreed. I've had it with a CPU that was overheating and another time with faulty RAM. It's worth a trying to change the drivers before looking at the hardware I suppose.
 
I've had this error message twice from faulty ram and once was driver based. If it seems to be random when it occurs could be memory. I would run memtest, just to rule it out.

Had this with my x1800xt when using certain drivers, all fine, load up a game, bam IRQLESS or NOT EQUAL, changed to Omega drivers to tie me over to newer drivers were out, this was a while back, but in my case it was with games to.
