Irratic mouse pointer

Hello,

I have a Razer Copperhead on a Razer Mantis pad and I get the corsor jump when moving the mouse around. It will just jump downwards all of a sudden, which can be anoying in games and when doing normal PC stuff.

I have cleaned the underside and I have uppgraded the Firmware and Software but still does it. Should I upgrade the bois on my rig or is it something else.
