I've been aware of this since I first made this build, but some of the voltages (as said by software) seems odd to say the least. Here’s a screenie.

I've just gone and assumed that it’s lying to me as I don’t think anything can boot with those voltages but wanted other opinions on it. OS, PSU and mobo are:

Windows 7 64bit RC1 7100
Corsair TX 650W
Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3

Other components:
Pentium E6300
Kingston HyperX 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 8500C5 1066MHz

Edit: Could get out the multi-meter if really needed to check but cba atm :(

Ignor those readings, my 12v line is reading 3.2v, 3v line is reading .96v.

Tested my 12v line with a multimeter and it's pretty much spot on.

Those numbers are only reading uncalibrated hardware on the motherboard. Those numbers are not known until calibrated with a multimeter. 12 volts is completely missing. Furthemore, those numbers do not report sufficiently until taken when the power system is put until maximum load. That means multitasking to all peripherals. Playing complex graphics (ie a movie), while downloading from the internet, while accessing USB devices, while playing sound loudly, while reading a CD, .... Now read system voltages. Now numbers contain useful information.
