Is 1.5 volts safe for an E2160?

At the OP I have my e2160 M0 running 1.5V 24/7 for 3.4GHz. Have put up to 1.675V for 3.6Ghz Crysis benchmark/3dmk06 stable only :D

These chips are made for overclocking and the 65nm core can withstand quite a bit of electronic molestation so don't be shy! ;)
