Don't be afraid to self build. It really isn't much more complicated than lego. 
You will crap yourself when you hear/feel the cpu clamp crunch down, but other than that, it's simple as.
Follow a video guide if you're unsure about anything, but don't waste money by paying someone else to do what really is a simple job.

I'm thinking of building a similar spec PC. But would be willing to stretch my budget to around £600 if the performance gain would be noticeable. Anyone care to help?
