Is 5ms response good for gaming??

its a Benq E2220HD, ocuk dont sell as iv seen it in a local computer shop, it caught my eye as its got 2x hdmi, dvi and vga inputs, built-in speakers and a usb hub, it will only be used for casual gaming and my 360.

I read a few good reviews but still wanted some feedback, thinking this is the best place.
 
thanks for your suggestion, i have a stereo so i could always plug the aux out into that if i wanted music/movies or just load gaming :P
