wouldnt 6gb mean you dont get the 128bit thingie

as you cant get 2 pairs of 3gb ram. (or 4 pairs of 1.5) (or maybe you have 6 banks of 1gb? Unlikely though) (i like brackets )

Anyways i think 4gb is the sweetspot for vista. like 2gb was for XP. Only serious CAD and rendering types need more than 4gb and those peeps will go for 8gb

Why not buy the full 6gb and use it as a RAMDISK. Have a nice 4gb partition with your favourite game and then have 2gb system memory available?

I'm at 61% with gigs just sat in Windows

Must all be superfetch as the only thing using a lot of RAM is Opera (68Mb) and the sidebar (32Mb).

61% in windows :O u must have vista 64 ?

Im always at 31% in windows Vista 32 Business.
