Starting a new build and just bought a 750w PSU but starting to worry it won't be enough.

Build plans are as follows:

i7 4770k overclocked
4x4GB DDR3 1600MHz
2 SSD's in RAID
A 7200rpm HDD
about 5 120mm fans

The graphics card I haven't decided on, I'd like to be able to game so I'm thinking maybe a GTX980? Although I would like to have the ability to go SLI in the future which is what I am worried about. Will I even need to go SLI with one of these cards?

I think SLI might be pushing it, but the power supply is plenty for a single GPU system.

For comparison, my computer is very similar except with a 290X and I pull around 430W from the wall during gaming in stuff like BF4.

I also think SLI 980 is pushing it with that PSU. It's effectively a 650 watter once temps reach around 40C.

If you are serious about 980 SLI I'd return/exchange the PSU.
