Is 850W PSU sufficient enough for this build?

i7 8700k 4.8Ghz OC
Noctua NH-D15
4x8GB Vengeance 3200 Mhz OC
2x Asus Strix 1080ti OC version SLI
2x SSD
5x chasis fans

By putting stock parts together PSU calculator shows it's just enough with a slack of ~100W but I have no experience in overclocking and not sure how would this affect PSU W usage? Please suggest.

Mining/Gaming/home media center. I already have all these parts so before assembling and powering on would like to know if PSU will not explode

Yes I do. It is EVGA G3 850. Is it possible to figure out what is current W usage with just 1x 1080ti and then plug in another one if enough recourses left?
