Is a 250w safe for a Core2Quad with just IGP?

finally just went along and purchased the veriton M290 as I kept going on about and as such it's all original which means a liteon psu and on quick inspection it says 15a on 12v and something about not to exceed 250w so assuming it's a 250w unit and so because my only spare psu is a SFX, I need this one to power my quad so I can make it as a running system to sell on, but obviously not with my 5770 as I need that even while I'm trying to sell it lol.

I know a lot of standard systems with quads can have as low power as this, but I don't think all those quads are 95w, just basically need to know it be find before I connect it up.

Ha okay cheers, mean at 95w the quad is the most power hungry thing in the system, I just don't want to assume it be the same like for example Dell's or HP systems that have quads and less than 300w.

I'm also wondering how adding 19w from a gt 710 would fair as I've seen one for £15 or 210 for £10 though that suggests to have 30w lol

I went ahead and swapped them round and so far it seems to be running fine as I run the windows installation, so guess it is fine, meaning thinking about it, I had a larger cased veriton before that had an amd Athlon dual core 5000b, 4gb ram, single hard drive and a gtx 750 running off what was also a standard 250w liteon no problem for the few weeks I had it before I sold it for next system.

Maybe I will get the gt 710 and hope for the best 19w don't tip it lol
