Is a 550W PSU enough for this build?

I’m in the process of putting together the following system:

CPU: Intel i5-2500k
MOBO: ASRock Extreme4 Gen3 Z68
RAM: GSKILL 8GB DDR3 1600 CL9.0 Dual Channel RIPJAWS X (2x4GB)
VIDEO: Gainward GeForce GTX 460 GS 1024MB
CASE: Bitfenix Shinobi
HDD: Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB
HSF: Either a Noctua NH-D14 or ideally a Phanteks PH-TC14PE (Red, to compliment the planned black, red and white theme)

…..and a DVD burner

An SSD and maybe another HDD will hopefully be added in the coming months.

I’ll probably be doing some overclocking on the 2500k (4.5/4.6 or so), GTX 460 and the ram.

Would the Antec TruePower 550W Modular PSU be enough to safely power that system or should I go with something with a little more juice? I had my eye on the 750W version but if the system can run fine on 550W I can put the money I’ve saved towards the funds for an SSD.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the swift reply stulid.

It'll be a while before I can afford an SLI setup. When that time comes I'll flog the 550W and go straight to a 650W or 750W.
