Is a 650w power supply okay for this build?

Hey folks,
This is the build I am planning (based on tweaks of a gaming pc here) would a 650w power supply such as the Bitfenix whisper m series 650w 80 plus gold modular supply be good enough/good or should I be going for the 750w Corsair?

Processor - Intel core i7 7700k 4.2ghz
MB - Asus prime z270-p
Mem - Corsair vengeance lpx 16gbb (2x8gb)
GC - Gigabyte GEForce GTX 1060 6gb
SSD - Samsung 250gb 850 evo
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2tb 7200rpm 6gbps
OS - Windows 10 Pro

Plenty, you could get away with a lower power psu.
Can't advise on the quality of that unit though.

Definitely enough power... I've just ordered a 500w EVGA for my build

Even 550W PSU would be more than enough for that. *
GTX1060 is mainstream card with very moderate power consumption.

*Unless we're talking about Chinese firecrackers in which case 100W light bulb needs 400W of power.
