Is a 650w PSU enough for my rig?

if its thats corsair psu and its fairly new then yes it will be fine.

i think you have your figures very wrong indeed,
a 650w will be more than ample

650w will be fine and that is a damn good PSU so definitely no need for concern. 650w is almost always enough for single card systems.

More than enough power, running an older LGA 1366 i7 920 here and a gtx 670 wf, power draw at the wall in game of 430w iirc, down 200w from my sli'd gtx 470's, corsair hx 850w psu.

OP is reading this from the Gigabyte product page:

Power requirement 550 W

They're recommending a 550W PSU to run the whole PC not that the GTX 670 draws 550W.

Completely fine. HDDs use very little power compared to a CPU or GPU
