Is a Corsair VS550 man enough

I've been given an Asus Rampage Formula motherboard with an Intel Quad Q9440 processor, 4Gb of ram & a Nvidia Geforce 8600 512mb graphics card.

Will the Corsair VS550 that's in my system already be man enough to run that lot, along with my 4 sata hard drives & sata dvd?
