I've been out of the loop a while and have been reading up on Freesync/Gsync. I can see the obvious draw of the technology for PC gamers, but should it even be a consideration for people looking to buy a monitor, but who are not into PC gaming?
I believe the new souped-up Xbox is Freesync compatible, so maybe if you're into console gaming? I can't think of any other uses at all.
