Is a photo of 480px x 640pxx too small to frame?

It's my mum's birthday on Wednesday and I want to get this photo framed and delivered to her if possible but I am pretty sure it is too small to look good:

Unfortunately, that is the only version of that picture I have access to until I am back home in September. Is there any way I can get it printed and it come out ok?

Looks alright at what looks to be about 7x5" or so on my pc monitor.

Totally agree, it looks fine that size on the screen at a couple of feet so will probably look fine printed unless your mum likes to examine photos under a magnifying glass to see where you photoshopped it!

I had decided on this but then realised that the website does not print the pictures *sigh*

Should be fine, though not ideal for a 6*4 print.
