Is AC Unity still better on XB1 vs PS4?

Very tempted to pickup this title on either console as my wife has just bought both for exclusives, and have read that Black Flag is notably better on PS4, but Unity is a wierd beast and actually runs better on XB1.

I understand both versions have now been patched a lot, and key codes for the XB1 are very cheap, but is it still the case this is the better version or has the situation changed in recent times, with all the bugfixes et Al.

Anyone who has experience with both in recent months especially welcome to chip in.

Get the cheapest one, I think I paid like £5 for black flag and £7 for unity. It runs fine, both on XB1.

Tbh after the 1080/AA patch and the lower differential in price I'll almost certainly get BF on PS4 it's just Unity I'm unsure on. I was erring towards the XB with the cheap codes but don't want to chose the weaker version!
