Is AM4 same mounting as AM5

Just about to change out my motherboard but want to keep the Arctic Freezer AIO - is it the same mounting on the CPU?

yes it is.... what model of Arctic Freezer do you have.

there all very good and will do a good job, but if you have the Arctic Freezer 1 then moving to the 3 is very cheap and as a better offset for the AM5 cpu's

yer the 2 dose have the first gen offset mount so will still do a solid job with AM5.
just make sure to use the offset and not just the standard mount

If you need extra confirmation, yup, every cooler I have that works with AM4, works with AM5 without requiring any changes, unless the cooler uses its own backplate, then it won't work with AM5 without any modifications, but that seems to be rare, none of the AM4 coolers i have required the use of custom backplate
