Is an ultrawide possible for £400?

My brother plays a lot of truck sim and racing games, he previously gamed on a 43 inch 4K TV which he liked until he dropped it and it smashed. He now has a budget of £400 and he was just going to buy another TV but I'm thinking that an ultrawide might be a better option for him? Do any decent ultrawides exist for £400?

For the Price its great. There seems to be packaging issues atm. Not sure if its the best time to jump on board. I will wait a bit for next gen graphics card to come along, potentially leading to lower sales prices for the monitor too.
