Is anyone at ocuk looking at webnotes/support?

Hey,
Created a ticket 3 days ago,no response as of yet,it was created on Saturday lunch time and unsure if ocuk work Saturday,and of course don't expect a reply Sunday but would have thought it would have been looked at Monday. (Yesterday).

Is anyone checking webnotes? Or can point me to the right person to contact?

yeah I submitted a ticket 8 days ago as parts are missing from my fan order, still waiting as they drag their feet to respond to my replies, disheartening to see no one from them has replied to your message here from september!
