The only real difference I have noticed is the filters you can put on photos (like lomo, 70s style, they are actually quite good). I dunno really, it just seems quite cool. It integrates with the likes of Flickr, Facebook, Twitter etc. as well, so I guess you could see it as more of an add on.

Chase Jarvis made a brilliant app for the iphone, from what I've read anyway as I dont have and iphone thankfully

This is meant to have loads of filters etc, and ability to share to FB and twitter etc

My issue is is that I wasn't concentrating, so my milk to ceral ratio when initial consumption was taking place was way off the mark, hence the serious imbalance
