is anyone using this version on windows 8.1?

hey guys,

im buying a windows 8.1 licence and seen a key on a well known auction site for £39.99, it seems 100% legit with hundreds or good feedback, but what i want to know it, if i was to build a new system in say 9months, can i use the same key? or will it be tied to my current system?

Well it says in the description that they key is checked with MS support service before being sent to you

well the seller has been on there for 10 years and sells other Microsoft stuff like xbox live etc

if it turns out non genuine i will get my money back and report them
