Is anything really wrong with the Intel stock cooler?

I'm building a new seperate gaming rig and using my E660 at stock for my "business" machine, I'm running it on full power saving with nothing overclocked and BIOS at default settings.

Is there a perceived problem with using the stock HSF as against one of the more massive 3rd party HSF's?
 
Thanks guys. I'm now convinced that I dont need to try and fit my spare TT into a smallish case, the stock cooler is what I'll use.
