Is ASUS RamCache II worth it and what does it actually do?

Just a quick question about ASUS RamCache, how does it actually work and are there any real world scenarios for it being a benefit or what exactly is it meant for? Many thanks guys

Windows already caches files you access into free memory in case its accessed again soon, so don't see that much use for installing another background software into PC.
