Is AvP 2010 worth £11?

It's on sale somewhere for that price, tried the multiplayer demo and wasn't that impressed. Seeing as there's not a lot being released aside New Vegas, is the singleplayer any good?

I had pretty good fun playing it. It's by no means a work of art. But it looks nice, and its great fun finding different ways to go about picking of marines as either a Predator or Aliens

Single player is good but nothing special. Multiplayer seems quite fun from the little I've played it.

I recently picked it up for exactly hat price.

Its very short, and not particulalry good, interms of deign and boss battles are too easy...

But the graphics are nice, and it will show off tesselation.

I bought it becuase I hadnt played any dx11 games on my 5870...

If you enjoyed the first AvP games, then you'll enjoy this, however, it is short. Pretty though. I enjoyed playing this, but can't say it'll ever make a classic list for me.

Buy it for the graphics if you have the hardware and want to see what its capable of, otherwise I wouldnt bother, I paid £30 for it on release day and although its a nice game to look at the single player is dissapointing and the multi player only seemed to keep me amused for a few weeks

I'd wait for the Steam thanksgiving sale coming up in November. It's bound to be on sale for £3.50.

Decent game but alas a little short. Multiplayer is pretty good also.
