Is Coolermaster Wavemaster suitable for Prescott 3.8

A friend of mine just migrated to AMD, and I picked up his 3.8 prescott (which overclocks nicely to 4.4), 2gig Corsair DDR400 kit, and a Saphire LGA775 Crosfire mobo (which actually takes ordinary DDR) for only 200 euro. Couldn't resist. Now my local PC store has Hiper 580w psu's and Coolermaster Wavemaster cases on sale and I already got my mits on a decent HDD and a cheap 1800XT there too.

I really like the design of this Wavemaster case, and I see OcUK sell it in their extreme system, the fastest P4 being the 3.6 version. I am just wondering will the Wavemaster be enough to cool this hot cpu overclocked. (I plan to use an Arctic Cooler 7 Pro). Are the fans on this case noisy ? Should I remove the top section and replace with another 80mm fan to help cool the cpu ?

Thanks for the advice. I wonder are the front stock fans easy to get at, as I remember I had a Coolermaster 201 I think, and those fans were a pita to get out. I suppose another alternative is a fan controller. Are the stock fans 3 pin jobs ?

Doesn't the wavemaster have the option to disconnect all the usb gubbins on the top panel and replace with an 80mm fan ?

I am really tempted to get this case now....I happen to have some Akasa ambers hanging around too. But again, I am worried will I be able to run a 1900XTX in this case and an overclocked Prescott.

Also - do you need special tools to replace the 2x80mm fans ?

<edit> I am running just 1 HDD - one of the new 400gig WD sata 2 jobs </edit>

Unfortunately the thermal sensors on the Sapphire board are not worth a damn as they report the thing runs at over 70 when idle.

However according to the iSpec on Intels site, it's a 3.8ghz 90nm part and it puts out up to 115w and has a thermal ceiling of 72.8 degrees. (This is kind of surprising as the newer 3.4 950 presler dual core actually output 130w- probably the 2 cores of course). Anyway, the 3.8 is probably running as hot as an FX57. I coud live without overclocking it in the wavemaster. Going into this case initially will be 1 x ATI X1800XTX stock cooling, 2gigs ram, 1 hdd, 1 optical, 1 card reader, xi-fi, and I wil be using a Hiper 580w modular psu, and for cooling either an Arctic Cooler 7 Pro or Coolermaster Vortex TX
