is E6600 worth twice as much as E6300?

E6300 is about 100 quid, whereas E6600 is 200, is it really worth spending twice as much?

I'm guessing they're essentially the same processor, just not as good performance and different cache?

yeah but the same argument goes that 6600 can be overclocked much higher?

cant be bothered to wait, ive already waited 6 months

and ill be doing just about everything, internet surfing, gaming, movie watching etc.

i'm thinking of getting a E6400 atm, its not that much more than a E6300 and it should overclock better no?
