I've got an issue with eating heathily so have recently starting buying Aldi's Wild pink Frozen Salmon.
I stick two fillets in tin foil with some seasoning and bake for 25 mins and serve with some boiled eggs + toast/salad.
Is there any harm by eating frozen fillets or should I go for the "fresher" unfrozen stuff? All of that stuff seems to be farmed and I've heard its not as good for you.
Any thoughts and opinions?
