Is GPUz lying to me?

Last night i did a custom vantage run, did 3 loops with extreme settings.

Checked my temps after, one gpu maxed out at around 89c, the other was 248c

That can't be right, the gpu's are close together, but never seen a difference that big!

is ur graphics card now in a puddle inside the case? xP im thinking a dodgy sensor, have u got any other gpu temp monitoring programs like rivatuner etc etc?

If you do have a dodgy sensor, won't it be throttling the card?

Faulty sensor - no hardware can run at 248c. It would have lunched itself well before then. The two cards will be broadly similar in temperature... top one might be a bit warmer.
