Is Grid 60fps?

I struggle to get into a driving game unless it runs at 60fps.

I want to get this but only if its smooth.

I agree he should try it, given that there is a free demo so he has nothing to lose.

I do wonder why Codemasters' Xbox 1 games were all 60fps though... must be the powah of the Celeron 733!

Cos I can't be bothered to download the demo to see, when i can get the answer on here within seconds..

When it comes to driving games, i really do struggle to enjoy it when its 30fps. They just do not feel right to me. Please don't waste your time trying to tell me I'm this or that or the eyes can't see over this much or that much yawn, i know what i enjoy and i know what i don't enjoy. and jaggy crappy looking 30fps driving games just don't do it for me. No matter how many graphical enchanments they throw in.

Oh well, maybe this is the reason i was waiting for, to shell out for a whole new pc upgrade.. It's loooooong due...

If you cant be bothered downloading the demo, people probably cant be bothered to reply.
 
Play the demo, you might enjoy it. If you can't be bothered to even try it then that's your problem.

It's also a much better game on the PS3 because there's no background noise.
 
Better 30fps and no slow down, than 60fps and slow downs.

Give it a shot, surely in driving games aslong as it's a constant, It'll be fine?

Obviously a 60fps constant would be nicer. :p

Why do people always say this, as if it is a choice between solid 30fps or 60fps with slowdowns?

The PS2 and Xbox, oh and the Dreamcast for that matter, had loads of driving games which pushed out a rock solid 60fps.
