is gsar.3xe a virus?

is gsar.3xe a virus? it says it was created in year 2000, but i running windows 7. recently downloaded dopewars game (1990s game) so i'm guessing it came from that. if it is, how do i remove it because AVG virus scan won't recognise it

I recognise the file extension from what Combofix uses, if it has been run on your machine at some point in the past then that'll be where its from. As above upload it to test, however its probably nothing.
