Ok perhaps i was a little harsh but he should do a small amount of time in a young offenders correctional facility.

Edit: I wasn't implying he should get buggered if thats what you mean..lol
 
Nice to see some intresting post and some crazy ones too.
I have a question, since the US have various states law and intepretation of murder charges etc, can anyone one tell what the law is regarding this case in the state it happened? Thanks.
