Is is ok to run a 750W PSU @ 650W load

As the title says i have a Antec HCG Gold 750W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power that's 3 years old. Just upgrading my system and when my CPU and GPU and all fans are maxed running flat out the computer is using 650W. Am i sailing a bit to close to the line here ?

Was using a smart plug with power monitoring and also my ups readout. Also was running Prime 95 and benching an OC 2080 ti FE. So all 5 fans maxed out as well.
