Is it a Network Media Player a i need?

I want a standalone drive that is always connected to my network.

That I can drag and drop files onto using my pc (also on the network)

and that is plugged into my TV and surround hifi - to play files directly.

Anyone recommend me something?

Freecom Network MediaPlayer 450 WLAN - i think this fits the bill.

Standalone drive.
Connects to my network.
Can stream directly from a PC or can drag and drop files to it's HDD
Has an HDMI out to the TV
Has a optical sound out for the surround sound.
