hello, I'm looking to build a pc with 980ti gpu, probably skylake, wont be overclocking and mainly used for gaming - do I need watercooling - I know it looks good but want to keep costs down?

If you're not overclocking then the only other benefit you could gain with watercooling is a quieter system.

For me the noise of any graphics card at full pelt even the so called quiet ones is enough of a reason to invest in a watercooling setup.
