Just bought a gfx card (Asus EN 6200 TC 512) to go inside my shuttle SD31P. But the problem is it doesn't fit at all. The gfx card is PCI-express the shuttle is PCI-express but somehow the card seems too long and it doesn't fit into the pci-e slot. if i take out the mobo from the case it will fit. Could it be design error of the gfx card? Is this common problem? very strange, never had this kind of problem.

Ok here is a pic. As you can see nowhere near connecting to the slot. the back bracket is pushed to the limit.

Shuttle XPC SD31P is PCI-Express only!!!!!!

it says on the GFX box PCI-Express card. they could have put wrong card into the box?

Dont matter about the cost of the card, just really anoyed because I went all the way upto Tottenham Court Rd to buy Geforce 6200 PCI-E Silent (as I don't game anymore).

I think I'l order from OCUK in the future.

I paid 33 squids. The Asus 9250 was inside Asus Geforce 6200 box.

I have a gut feeling, the shop will think I'm trying to scam them!! (I'll tell them to look at my trust :p )
