Is it dead?

My motherboard appears to be no more. Fault finding shows that my motherboard seems to have died as I am getting to kind of POST beeps or onboard/discrete video output. My CPU heats up, my fans all work, my RAM, GPU and HDD all power up, but my motherboard does not POST, give diagnostic beeps or provide any sort of video output, but yet it powers my RAM (it's Ballistix Tracer so it lights up and shows activity), CPU (Vantage cooler shows it heats up) fans etc.

Surely if it's fried, nothing would happen?

Motherboards can do strange things when they die. Horrible things to troubleshoot.

Sounds like it's dead. I trust you have tried different memory, GPU, etc. ?

Tried everything I know of, looks like RMA time. Thank god for Ballistix Tracer or it could have taken days!
