Noticed one side of the rear lights are out on my ST220 but am going out later to buy a replacement bulb.

Just wondering if it's a difficult job as I know on some cars that changing the bulb can be ridiculously tricky!

Ta :D

Dont think it would be hard on a mondeo, on my mark 2 it's just a case of undoing 3 clips ( turn 90 degrees ) to remove the trim, squeeze the bulb holder cluster to release it then swap the bulb over - 5 minute job.

Are you really asking this question? Have you not ever been in your boot. Take off the side panel and you have access to the bulbs, just pop out the lighting board and change what you need.

Take the outer cover off (two twist-lock clips), remove bulb holder (2 prongs holding it in place).

/edit - check which bulb you need before buying one, the rear lights take two types.

Yep I took the panels off when I was having a poke around mine (I like to know what things are and how they work :D) and it looks dead easy

buy decent bulbs not some cheapo halfords or factors specials or you'll never be out of there
