HI im planning on installing a

Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra Watercooling Kit (Socket 462/478/LGA775/754/939/940)

on my Akasa Eclipse 62 would this require much or a lot of modding to the case etc is it possible ?

If you're intending to fit the rad to the back of the case you'll need to cut a hole in the honeycomb and a pci bracket slot to push the tubing through.

That's all that'll need to be done.
