I have a AMD4000 the fan on the cooler is getting a little noisy. So I have considered getting one of these:
Zalman CNPS9500-LED Aero Flower (Socket 939/754/478/775) CPU Cooler (HS-015-ZA)
However although I have fitted many new PC parts such as GFX, HDD, RAM and PSU. I have never fitted a CPU or cooler. Is it straightforward? Does everything just unclip, wipe old thermal paste off, replace paste and clip new cooler on with ease?

Don't want to remove mobo again (had a disaster last time... I killed it) so any advice on one that is easy and no mobo removal please
