Hi Techguys. I know I can be realy annoying with my posts LOL, but once again I realy need you help to see what I need. I bought this stuff from *******.co.uk and at the moment waiting for they're reply to see what they say.
I kno that there is realy smart people in here who knows what they saying (sum of them dont lol) thats why I would like to have a go.
This is the support ticket which I submited to ******.co.uk
=== Two days ago I was playing Crysis 2 Maximum Edition and in one of the missions my PC got frozen. I tried to press CTRL+ALT+DELETE but nothing was responding.I pressed restart button.
After the restart my PC didn't start properly. It shower me BIOS window and continued forward but did not displayed windows logo or so. It was just black screen. No sounds was coming out from PC, just black. After few more restarts I tried to enter BIOS but when trying to do that PC didn't respond and continued to black screen. I gave up and gave it to my mate who somehow managed to enter BIOS and reset all settings. When I got all stuff back I noticed that windows logo was not displayed when loading but only line which showed thats it loading. After that Windows loaded but.. Resolution was 1024x *** at 59 HZ and NVIDIA Control panel didnt allowed me to change it, i was able to apply 1080p only at 59hz not as usual 120hz (I've got W2363D and Asus 560ti DirectCUI) I checked all resolutions and noticed that PC native resolution was the only one which was able to set 120hz. In between all that I noticed some realy small flashing black dots on my monitor right side. Does it sounds like GPU issue at this stage? After setting 1080p on 59hz i rebooted. No success because my screen went black once again. After next reboot I had non stardand Windows loading logo once again. At that stage I wanted to enter bios but pressing delete didnt get any responce on wireless or cable keyboard. I noticed that normally my Mobo displays A0 but not it was if am not wrong A6. I'm still thinking if this is video card or motherboard. Can you please assist as much as you can. I'm just confused do I to go warranty or just get a new GPU?
