I have noticed this with 2 games so far (i dont play much pc games but I have 6GB RAM), what I noticed is, the longer the game runs, your use of RAM % slowly increases, even to a point where the game shuts itself down because it suddenly doesn't have enough RAM to play with.
Although I did not notice this through a RAM monitor, actually my Logitech Z-10 speakers have an LCD function that shows how much CPU and RAM % you are using, and when I am running a game, even minimized it slowly reaches up to 80-90%, then when i go back into the game at that point it has a warning message and shuts itself down.
The last game i noticed this with was Sacred 2, when it reached a certain amount of memory in Task Manager it would just shut itself down with no warnings.
I can't imagine it does this with every game, or whether its a problem with my computer because it takes less then 3-4 hours for it to reach that shut down stage, and I know people run games almost 24/7.
Ideas? Thanks
