Is it me gfx card?

Hi got a new pc first couple weeks fine now playin company of heros bout 2-3hours of continous comp crash sounds as if it reboot but the screen goes black stays there though comps on have checked temps afterwards in high 50's low 60's not at shut off temp, crashed other night watchin cars, now crashed twice on xp loadin screen, can look on net and dload all day dont do anythin, have got 93.71 drivers installed is a msi 7600gt pci card thanks 4 any help u can give

Could be the PSU failing, the cpu shut down temp, memory error, not to mention quite a few other things.

Memtest & checking the cpu temp would be the fastest thing to check out.

Reseat the vid card.

Process of elimination is the only way, pointless asking people what they think it is when you've done little to eliminate what it is not, no offense meant by that, but you need to narrow it down a little.
 
If you have 2x sticks of memory then id try 1x stick at a time, and also test the memory for errors with memtest, also try another PSU if you can. :)
 
I had a graphics card go on me(6800gt flashed to an ultra), computer did the same. I think my mate booted it in safe mode then uninstalled the graphics card drivers and booted it normally, the screen appeared again. I re-installed graphics drivers, blank screen again so I knew it was the graphics card at fault.
